OUR COMPANY

Valartis Fund Management (Liechtenstein) AG, a 100% subsidiary of Valartis Bank (Liechtenstein) AG, was initiated in 2007 and received a license for taking up business activities from the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority on December 21, 2007 pursuant to Art. 55 para. 1 subpara. a in conjunction with Art. 56 IUA as well as furthermore the permission to administer individual portfolios and to provide investment advice pursuant to Art. 24 para. 3 IUA. On September 3, 2008 Valartis Fund Management (Liechtenstein) AG with a share capital of CHF 1,500,000 was entered in the Liechtenstein public register and took up business activities.

As a young and innovative financial services provider with domicile in the Principality of Liechtenstein, in our function as a fund management company we specialize in the flotation and administration of tailor-made fund solutions and in addition offer asset management for individual portfolios. In both areas a very flexible implementation of our client’s wishes is possible.

In the field of fund solutions we offer a complete package from the initial consultation to the finally registered investment fund with international securities number ISIN. Our main responsibilities here lies in the foundation and regular administration of individually tailored funds. Further functions are possible at any time. Depending on the underlying initial situation, with a Valartis fund solution all kinds of objectives can be realized, including simplified succession regulations, asset protection, pooling of broad asset values, tax-optimized restructuring, combination of numerous individual deposits, etc.

We offer asset management in interaction with expert external partners, in particular with our parent company Valartis Bank (Liechtenstein) AG. Reliability, professionalism and extensive experience are here the pillars of our success.
